Return Request Form

Please use this form to submit a Product Return Request.

To Return Simx Products:
  1. If this claim is for a SmartVent System, please ensure it has been registered with our SmartVent team first
    Register your SmartVent system
  2. Submit a Return Request Form online to receive an authorisation number via email.
  3. Print a copy of your email (Return Request Form including authorisation number).
  4. Return the product to your supplier, or place of purchase, with the following documentation:
    - original proof of purchase,
    - a copy of the completed Return Request Form,
    - and the authorisation number (which has been provided when the Return Request Form was submitted)
  5. If the product is covered under warranty and is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, it will be repaired, or replaced, and then returned to your supplier.
  6. Your supplier will contact you to advise the product is ready to be collected.
